Digital Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)

10 hrs/week | Remote | $22/hr 

No Show Hero is a fast-scaling, category defining tech startup (women in tech – hell to the yeah), the last-minute economy needed a better way to communicate – so we built it. We’ve layered appointment liquidity into the booking economy with our solution, helping hyperlocal businesses grow with flexibility and connection at the core.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a strategic Digital Marketing Coordinator who knows how to turn strategy into action, consistently and clearly. This role is all about flow – campaign timelines, keeping two unapologetically neurodivergent founders on track, and driving one of our biggest levers for growth: marketing.

You’ll work alongside us in a highly collaborative, communication-driven environment to deliver all things digital marketing—emails, socials, content workflows, and audience engagement. So, bring your main character energy.

What You’ll Contribute:

  • People-first mindset, relationships are our business.
  • Create and deliver email campaigns in Brevo
  • Manage campaign calendars and timelines
  • Track tasks and progress across Trello, Google Sheets, and Dubsado
  • Organize weekly marketing chats with co-founders
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate closely to keep projects moving
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • Light use of Canva for editing graphics and repurposing video, as needed
  • Respond to emails and messages professionally and promptly

You’ll be fueling:

✔ Subscriber acquisition
✔ Brand awareness
✔ Launches in new regional markets…and then national

Must-Have-ish Experience:

  • 2+ years in digital marketing or campaign coordination
  • Know your way around a marketing funnel and a funnel cake – we like food here
  • Experience with Brevo (or similar email marketing platforms)
  • Ninja-level skills with Trello, Google
  • Workspace, Dubsado, and Canva
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, startup-style environments — not code for burnout;  your wellbeing as a human is non-negotiable for us.
  • Natural organizer & project manager
