We act solely as an intermediary platform connecting service providers with potential customers. Therefore, we are not responsible for any services provided by these businesses, including but not limited to the quality, safety, or legality of the services offered.
Dependability of Customers: Similarly, No Show Hero does not guarantee the dependability of customers who book services through our platform. We are not liable for any cancellations, no-shows, or other actions by customers that may affect the business.
Disagreements Between Parties: No Show Hero is not obligated to participate in or mitigate any disagreements, disputes, or conflicts that may arise between customers and service providers. All interactions, agreements, and transactions made through No Show Hero are solely between the client and the service provider.
Quality Guarantees: No Show Hero makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, timing, or legality of the services actually delivered by the businesses on our platform, nor the integrity, responsibility, or actions of the customers.
User Responsibility:
It is the responsibility of both service providers and customers to perform their own due diligence prior to engaging in transactions or services initiated through No Show Hero. Users are encouraged to communicate directly to address any concerns, establish expectations, and ensure clarity and satisfaction in the services being exchanged.
Acknowledgement:
By using the No Show Hero platform, both service providers and customers acknowledge and agree to this disclaimer, understanding that No Show Hero is not liable for any aspect of the services arranged through our platform or for the actions of any users.

Payment Policy
Payment Terms:
Payment Schedule: All payments are due in advance of service delivery. For recurring subscriptions, payments are automatically charged on the first of each month.
Accepted Methods of Payment: We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please ensure your payment information is current and correct to avoid service interruptions.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us or sending a direct message. To avoid auto-renewal charges, cancellation requests must be received at least 3 business days before your renewal date. Failure to cancel before this timeframe will result in the subscription being renewed, and the corresponding charges will apply.
Refunds:
Refunds are not available for trial periods, SIDEKICK promotions, or subscription levels after payment has been processed, regardless of usage.
In the event of billing errors or service interruptions caused by us, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds will not be issued for unused portions of a subscription period after cancellation.
Dispute Resolution:
By subscribing, you agree that any disputes regarding this policy or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and will take place in North Carolina. This does not limit your rights to small claims court where applicable.
Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including missed opportunities due to cancellations or scheduling conflicts.
Modification of Terms:
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website at least 30 days before taking effect.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation and refund policy.
Service Interruption for Non-Payment:
Late Payment: If a payment is not successfully settled due to expiration of the credit card, insufficient funds, or otherwise, your account status will be considered “delinquent.” You will be notified via email and given a grace period of 7 days to update your payment information. During this period, your account services may be suspended until payment has been received.
Account Reactivation: Once payment is received, services will be restored immediately.
Early Termination by Provider:
Service Disruption: In the rare event that we must terminate a service early due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and prorated refunds will be issued for any time remaining in the paid period.
