Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your scheduled day and time, you will forfeit your deposit and a new deposit will be required upon rebooking. Appointments can be canceled by you, the cardholder, without a cancellation fee being applied if commenced a minimum of 48-hours before the scheduled start time of your appointment. If you, the cardholder, cancel your appointment with less than 24-hours notice per this policy; it is considered a “Late-Cancellation” and is subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service(s). If you, the cardholder, do not contact the business to cancel your appointment with a minimum of 48-hours notice and/or No-Show for your appointment; you are subject to a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service(s).
